"Powerful Women" Face Mask

This collection was co-created by both our 6 and 8-year-olds and includes powerful women that they are inspired by. Maya Angelou because I really like poets, and she tried to make change. Harriet Tubman because she risked her life to help free the slaves. Mae Jamison because she showed people that there can be Black, women astronauts. Amanda Gorman because she is a young, awesome poet, and I am too. Angela Davis because I heard her speak once and have always looked up to her, and she is an activist like me.
